Customers can choose from 43 prints from five artists Susan Tynan founded Framebridge three years ago after a frustrating and expensive experience trying to get a collection of beloved National Parks posters framed at a custom frame shop. ?I walked out of there thinking that I didn?t want to do that again,? she tells me over the phone. ?As I continued life and travels, I?d see things and think, ?Oh that would be such a great memory of this trip,? and then, ?Well I can't get it framed.??
Hundreds of thousands of custom-framed pieces later, Framebridge has partnered with CB2, Crate & Barrel?s modern younger sister store, to launch the online Print Gallery, an exclusive collection of 43 contemporary prints ranging from drawings to photographs from five handpicked, U.S. artists including Kate Worum, Nicole Cohen, Benjamin Grant of Daily Overview, Leslee Mitchell, and Amber Vittoria. ?The five artists are truly some of the favorite artists we've seen and worked with over the last couple of years,? Tynan says.

Once customers decide on a piece, they then choose the size of the print, then select from one of four frame options including a clean white or black gallery frame, or a gold or pewter thin-profile frame. The experts at Framebridge will then custom-frame the piece on-demand and ship it right to their doors within days.
?We're in the business of making art more accessible and that's really important to us. That is our core view. That if it speaks to you, you should be surrounded by it. It is a way that people can customize their spaces,? says Tynan.
Ever frame is carefully handcrafted at Framebridge factories in either Maryland or Kentucky using high quality materials like premium wood moldings and acrylic glazing with UV protection. The collection is available for purchase on CB2?s website and in CB2 stores nationwide starting in July. Prices range from $149 to $349.
