Woods Bagot is delighted to announce that our Asian studios have been honoured with three International Property Awards at the Asia Pacific Property 2016 Awards. Receiving recognition in the categories of Public Service Interior, Office Interior and Retail Interior reflects some of the diverse strengths of our Asian design teams.

Our Kuala Lumpur Director of Development Asia Matthew Gaal (pictured below on the right), was present at the ceremony in Kuala Lumpur to proudly receive the awards on behalf of Woods Bagot. While attending the event, Matthew also represented Woods Bagot on a panel discussing Future Architecture & Design.

Dedicated to education in China, the Cyrus Tang Foundation is a future-thinking space where innovation meets collaboration. Delivering on Mr. Tang’s mandate to create a space differentiated from that of a school or museum, Woods Bagot was careful to tailor the space to the students.

Office Interior Highly Commended Award
Woods Bagot was engaged by Hong Kong based developer Gaw Capital to reposition an industrial building, Pioneer Place in the Kwun Tong district. Our team provided the most optimal conversation features with the view to maximize long-term value of the property by incorporate the distinct new facade treatment, landscaping in the atrium and terraces, provide private tenants terraces, etc. In summary, a unique building brand and culture that promotes creativity, sustainability and wellbeing in the workplace, that is distinct and highly recognisable in the market place.
